In other words, this film is a surreal ride.

Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.

Four friends in their 30s are still playing in a wedding band. Tommy (Brian Austin Green) is the womanizing lead singer. Eddie (Peter Cambor) is the happily family man whose cop wife Ingrid (Kathryn Fiore) hates his weekend gigs. Barry (Derek Miller) is the quintessential drummer. Stevie (Harold Perrineau) is the newest member of the band. Roxie Rutherford (Melora Hardin) runs a wedding service, and Rachel (Jenny Wade) is her long suffering assistant. This is a fun show with fun actors doing fun characters. They do some music every once in awhile. It's always a fun performance. They feel like a happy tight group. It's a fun show to watch.

Really liked this show. Great cast and story line. Very upset to hear it is cancelled. it was on a poor time slot to reach the targeted audience. TBS should seriously consider running this show on a different night. Will miss the laughs from this fantastic show. The show was interesting and not like any other on any network. The actors played fantastic roles. Most 18-49 year olds are not homebodies and usually are it at home to view this type of show on a Saturday night. Great show, poor planning by TBS. please consider re running this show. Maybe not so many repeats of other shows in order to make a better time slot. Would be a poor decision to cancel this show.

This very funny show has great music too. Four guys who might never otherwise be friends are the house band for the stereotypical wedding/event planner - slash - party Nazi. They get to live out their adolescent fantasies: (semi) rock star status, hot and cold running groupies ... or at least the occasional bridesmaid, adventures and a paycheck to boot. The clients and their demands are as ridiculous as their counterparts on the reality bridal/Sweet 16/housewives shows. Some of these antics are actually true in the daily lives of event planners, but mostly it's just good fun (but not for a kiddie audience). Love the guest stars (like James Marsters), the outrageous capers (like grave robbing) and the band's occasion-appropriate costumes (like leiderhosen for Oktoberfest). You don't have to be a 14-year-old nerd boy to like this show! Hope it gets enough audience to stay on the air.

I love this show. I think it is great. I love the music they play and I like the way each week they are playing at a different type of gig and adapt to it. Brian Austin Green is great in the show and he isn't bad to look at! I look forward to the show each week. Sad that next week is season finale. I hope the show returns for a second season. All the guys on the show are talented and I am curious if they are all playing the instruments and if any of the tunes are original songs from Brian Austins Band. I could do without the woman playing Roxie, she is a bit annoying and really isn't very pretty. Regardless I will continue to watch the show as long as its on the air. I look forward to it each week.
