Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction

Good plot that would be great for a movie but not for a tv show. This show is absolutely torturous to watch, the repetitive shouting of 'Jake,Jake,Jake!!!!' Throughout every episode would drive anyone insane, I got to episode 4 and had to give up, then if you touch the child he has an absolute freak attack, even when he's caught after he falls off a 8 story building, absolutely ridiculous and the constant panting and out of breath and questions of the father is ridiculous after 4 episode and seeing the son predicting things he still questions everything, he also runs aimlessly around New York City to all these random spots it's probably the worse show I've ever seen

The 1st season had endearing stories that warm the heart. The dialog from some of the actor seemed forced. However it was nice that when they done stories outside the us it was done in their own language. What got me hooked on it in the 1st place was based on the butterfly effect, how one little thing can effect something else miles away.. Very ooey gooey moments. The second season was all drama , killing. I mean if you like the action and mystery thing then this was it. As for me it was a 180 from the feel good first season. Very disappointing in the direction this show went.I was not surprise this show got cancelled.

It seems quite a few viewers watched a few episodes, and felt the show was going to be an unending repetition of making number connections leading to feel good resolutions in random but connected peoples' lives. I wondered that for an episode or two, but thankfully stuck with it. I was drawn in by the questions raised, by the "off" demeanor of Jake's social worker, by little clues that things were just not as they seemed, by the mystery of the room across the hall.....I'm so glad I stuck with it. I really enjoy shows that have their own mythology. The eventual reveal of the 36, and the forces against it, and the forces for? (yes or no?) it, and the motives of all involved in trying to exploit the 36 made for a great show!

i find the idea and the story of each episode is fascinating. yet the dialogue between the characters specially the non Americans are really silly as if it was written by a goat and then ate it and the result after its digestion is the dialogue, also i sense that this show was written by the republicans i don't know why but the religious content is so damn high. i wish they could make a movie , not like the one with Nicolas cage in it god no we don't want that. i am now in episode 4 it is going pretty well with me i like the plot i hope the show doesn't get boring while we move a long. i hope that you guys watch it , it is pretty awesome
