Info

Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! is an American sketch comedy television series, created by and starring Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim, which premiered February 11, 2007 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim comedy block and ran until May 2010. The program features surrealistic and often satirical humor, public-access television–style musical acts, bizarre faux-commercials, and editing and special effects chosen to make the show appear camp. The program featured a wide range of actors, spanning from stars such as Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, David Cross, Bob Odenkirk, Will Forte and Zach Galifianakis, to alternative comedians like Neil Hamburger, to television actors like Alan Thicke, celebrity look-alikes and impressionists. The creators of the show have described it as "the nightmare version of television."

Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! Audience Reviews

Hellen I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Interesteg What makes it different from others?
Lucybespro It is a performances centric movie
Contentar Best movie of this year hands down!
jasonn1013 I do not see how anyone in their right mind (which if you enjoy this, you probably are not) could enjoy this absolute horrific excuse for a television show. This is something that should be on YouTube at best. As a matter of fact I have seen better shows there. These people who say this is the best show and people that don't like it, just don't get it, themselves don't get it. "It" being entertainment.. What is there to get? These guys are terrible actors with absolutely no talent what so ever. Not only can they not write a joke they can not act either. It's just random nonsense.. I have watched adult swim since it started and miss the good shows. They have gotten so lazy that most of the time they are just showing re-runs of Fox shows. Hey if you need new ideas maybe I could have my children write and film some shows. I'm sure it would be better than this garbage. Tim and Eric you have done a "great job" of showing us what a 13 year old stoner might find funny. Because I know the only people that could be watching this show are tweens or uneducated fools. I would give this show 0 stars if I could. Please replace this show and that garbage "Check it Out" with something at least decent. I mean I would rather watch douche commercials for 15 minutes until the next show started. Instead of watching two guys act like douches for 10 minutes.
dready438 Possible spoilers ahead, but never fear, you'd never mind.T&E try soooo hard to make their "comedy" appear to be as low as possible, it's definitely a hipster angle, lets not even try to make that go away. In doing so, they create a lower point, and have to try and top it later. It's a really poor cycle that leads to shows that could be composed entirely of toddlers making nonsense sounds while flapping their arms, as long as they had a wondrously horrible video editor to cut it all together .Their only saving grace is the occasional appearance of John C Rielly, Jack Black, and god help me for saying it, Alan Thicke. The appearance of a B+ celeb usually brings the only moment of the show worth a smirk, if for nothing other than nostalgia's sake or being a previous fan of their other work. There's nothing to "get" about their style. Maybe a man flapping his arms and making guttural noises makes you laugh, or perhaps it takes a fake infomercial about plastic pant liners specifically for continuous explosive diarrhea delivered by a senior citizen. That's OK, we're all different. To call the show smart or satirical for it, however, is a grievous misuse of that word. The show is simply an exercise in vanity by those that can't be bothered to work on either a script or improving their "talent" that was quickly pushed in by execs looking for the next thing to keep eyes on their network. There's a reason it airs when it does, and it's not for the shows 99% mild content. Dick/sex jokes don't land you at midnight and beyond. Having a budget that rivals most hobos daily income and pushing terribly fleshed out skits sure will though.Don't fool yourself into thinking this is anything but masking weakness with a poignant and forced lack of effort, and for your own sake, don't try to tell others it is.
iibcnii-150-882380 This is the worst television program I have ever seen. It is extremely crude and beyond childish. Its simply rubbish, its trash. How any person can claim pride from these works is beyond me. I have no idea what kind of work it takes to creates a successful TV show, however it seems as though they do not even care. They continue to make crap shows again and again. "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." -Einstein I do not know who or what machine continues to create these godawful shows involving these two comedians. These two comedians and there troop of monkeys should have been Darwin'd off of TV, but they must be sleeping with someone high up. I cannot stand to watch any program made by and or in some way involving Tim Heidecker and Erik Wareheim.
jts0405 I will admit that I do enjoy stupid humor, but this is as stupid as they come. Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim get Tom Goes to the Mayor on Adult Swim, which was ridiculous in it's own right, but this random sketch show really picks up where TGTTM left off. The sketches are just out to randomly disgust people and not make them laugh. I understand that they have a strong backing from Bob Odenkirk and have had Odenkirk's buddy David Cross on the show, but these guys just aren't funny. The show is more out to impress themselves instead of entertain the audience. John C. Reilly is the only comedic relief of the show. He appears every now and then as Dr. Steve Brule, which will at least give you a cheap laugh from this otherwise dull program. Anyway I wouldn't waste my time with this. Adult Swim has gone way down hill. These pointless shows are killing the Adult Swim programming.
