Boring, long, and too preachy.

Absolutely Fantastic

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

I love this show so much. It deals with autism and that's such a good thing. People with autism need to be represented and heard as well and Freddie Highmore does an amazing job portraying Shaun Murphy. The rest of the cast is fantastic as well, very believable and realistic. The characters are complex and deep and the show itself really captivating, intense and so interesting. I highly recommend this one.

It's a great way to teach us that people with some special issues can do anything that a "normal" person can do. Great writing, wonderful crew, and the leader actor is just amazing. For me it's an emotional and very touching show with the drama of a O.R. and the Hospital cases have. I hope it has more and more seasons. If you haven't watched it, you should give it a tried.

I used to think that the new crop of actors didn't have much to offer, but then along came Freddie Highmore and taught me differently. This young actor is definitely, carrying this, at times, implausible series. He is charismatic and extremely watchable. Every week he brings a new nuance to the character without making a caricature out of it. Amazing.

When the show began, the focus was on Shaun and how he navigating through life and his residency. It had/has a great supporting cast. I think the acting is strong. But once you added doctors Park and Reznick, and started a storyline involving Dr. Andrews, it took away from the original storyline of interest. And it started to feel like a soap opera. I have stopped watching, as of this week. Freddie deserves a better show.
