not horrible nor great

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

Season 1 is a bit childish which is probably why it only has a 6.7 rating, but season 2 and 3 is where Jimmy Neutron really shines. The character development/interactions, the witty humor, the plot are all amazing, especially for a show aimed at kids. This is definitely a show that I recommend for teens/adults. Most cartoons have 0 character development which makes them dull, but Jimmy Neutron actually develops its characters and you grow with them. There are quite a few extended episodes which are very well written and there was a lot of effort put into the creative story lines. Each season got better and better and it was a real shame that Jimmy Neutron got canceled as it was really starting to become something. The show really took off after season 1 and it really deserves a reboot from Nick because this show was a real hidden gem. Even if you've never seen the show, you will feel nostalgia as it goes over many topics that we all experienced in our adolescence.

You get the idea once you spell it. "Dull" is exactly the only word I can describe this cartoon series. Carolyn Lawrence(Who unfortunately landed the role of Sandy Cheeks in Spongebob Squarepants), Jim Cummings, and Frank Welker(Mind you, this is guy who voiced Freddy Jones from Scooby and various characters from Pound Puppies, Aladdin, and Garfield) are way too talented to star in this cartoon series. Not one of the characters have made me laugh my head off. Also, whenever Jimmy's inventions goes haywire thanks to some idiot, somebody puts the blame on Jimmy and not the same idiot(He or she gets away Scott free!). And what's all the silly names: Jimmy Neutron, Professor Kalamatous, Beautiful Gorgeous? Do any of the names sound original or creative to you? I don't think so. The music is mind-numbingly awful and the plot is very boring. Nickelodeon, do us all a favor and quit making god-awful cartoon series!

After many pointless Movie-Gone-TV flops, I'm happy to say that "The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius" is a breath of fresh air. Each episode has a funny, kid-like appeal to it, though the whole family would enjoy it! The characters are great, and the entire series sticks to the main plot of Jimmy Neutron being, as the title states, a boy genius, while still exploring great ways to entertain families and kids everywhere. I can honestly say that when I turn on my TV and find Jimmy Neutron on, I can watch and be entertained, even if I've seen the episode previously. All in all, this program is a nice show to watch.Rating: 7.5/10

I simply do not understand why Jimmy Neutron is one of Nick's more popular cartoons. All of the characters are idiots, save for Jimmy and Goddard, who I actually like, the humor is not funny, and the episodes are just... boring. And besides, do we really need romance in a show that is clearly aimed at 5 year-olds? Jimmy and Cindy is one of the most badly-handled animated couples in years. The reason why I detest this show so much is that it is boring. While one can argue that 'The Fairly Oddparents' has the same plot for every episode, 'Oddparents' has a significant amount of charm and humor that Jimmy Neutron, alas, does not have. It plays things safe. That is a crime considering the subversive charms of SpongeBob, Timmy Turner, ZIM, and Danny Phantom. Jimmy Neutron just lacks everything. I hate it.
