As a horror buff, I enjoyed it. It is difficult to make a horror show/movie/book of which the ideas haven't been done before, but I think this one has a fairly good crack at it.
Watch it for yourself, don't let other peoples opinions sway you.

Sadly Season 1 is nowhere near as good. Season 2 is so, so, so much better. Better writing, better plot, better acting. I think that's why Netflix puts Season 2 first. No really. When you go to watch, Season 2 is first then Season 1. (Naughty Netflix...) I rarely binge watch stuff (so I can draw it out) but wow, the way it unfolds right to the end of each episode makes you want to pick right back up to the next.I highly recommend it. Please take my advice and do not watch Season 1. Neither of the 2 are connected. Two separate stories. Yet some of the same actors in each, but different characters even. The finale is so well done too. All the way. You don't even know. You think you got it figured out and bam. They really wrote that well.

Season 1 was not very good (4/10). So if you like horror/slasher-shows skip it and go straight into season 2 (7/10). It's not perfect but really entertaining and I love the fact that we get you but the pieces together to try and figure out who the killer is.
I really wish IMDb will give us the option to rate season individually soon. It's much needed with all these anthology-series.

It's just bad! The only character that really had depth was the killer! Also, unbelievable acting by the female lead made this suffer a bit. It also seems as if the character- builds and casting were dictated by some hipster at BuzzFeed. Make of that what you will, but it's obvious.Anyway, it's a fail!
