The vocational school director Katharina (Anja Kling) loves her demanding and demanding job, which she approaches with humor and empathy. When the desperate mother (Johanna Gastdorf) of 18-year-old Cathleen (Andrea Guo), who has moved in with her boyfriend on her own, shows up and looks for help, Katharina pledges her support.
