Wonderful character development!

disgusting, overrated, pointless

At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

I really like this series over all, yes maybe it's similar to some other Disney channel shows, but when you're a hardcore JoBro's fan, you like pretty much anything they do! One thing that I don't like about it though, is how they edit the songs on some of the episodes, it kinda bothers me, but some of them need to be edited for time, also I really like the relationship drama's not only between the brothers but between all the other characters, such as Stella and Joe; Nick And Macy. It's pretty amazing stuff, because the dramatic stuff is what I love about this show! I mean it's really not that bad for "launching pad" for their acting careers, and personally I believe you've gotta give them some credit, because not just anyone could just stand right up in front of the camera and deliver it the way they do! But, Like it or not, agree or disagree with me, thats all up to you!

The show is good, but not great. Joe delivers good acting, Kevin's is superb(and really funny), but i feel Nick's personality is a bit too reserved for comedy. The characters i love the most are their dad's and Macy's (she so funny). I have several friends who hate this show, and i don't blame them for it. But for beginners the JoBros are quite good. Who to blame is the writers who didn't put any effort into new plot, or special lines. I feel i've watched every episode before. When I'm watching JONAS, i feel like I'm watching Hannah Montana- the remix. the writers had better step up in season 2 because the only thing selling that show right now is the JoBros, and soon even fans like myself are going to get sick of it. The show is funny , and you can sometimes find yourself laughing out loud at some cheesy jokes, without intending to...., but episode plots are a bit tooo.... Disney Channel, and i feel i've seen 'em all before. Aside from the bad writing, this is a really good show.

First off, let me start by saying I am a 27 year old elementary teacher. I constantly hear talk about the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana from my students so I decided to see what all the fuss was about one lazy Sunday afternoon. I found myself laughing out loud. I must confess that the show has made me a fan. I had not heard any of their music or knew anything about them prior to watching their show. Now I love them. I find them charming and entertaining. The show reminds me of being a kid and being able to turn on the TV and not be bombarded by hate, anger, or drama. The show is fun and innocent. I love that each brother gets the opportunity to display his personality. As for their acting, I find them to have great chemistry with each other and they are very natural in front of the camera. Kevin is classic and I look forward to watching him in the episodes. I cannot wait for season two to start!

Okay, the Jonas brothers are cute, talented, moderately funny, but they need to get more imaginative writers for their TV show. The first two episodes I saw (Where they ruined the family videos and re-taped them, and when they all liked the same girl) consisted of the same plot I had seen on a billion other TV shows. It was actually painful to watch. After half the show, I only kept watching in hopes that the plot would get better, and it didn't. I started to question why this was called a comedy show, because the only people with funny lines were Frankie Jonas and Macy, who only have short lines then are gone! There was not a whole lot of exceptional acting, which can be expected from a comedy aimed toward teens (being one myself, it is kind of insulting to my intelligence, but I digress) and the show is only really centered around the Jonas brothers. But I thought Nicole Gale Anderson did a great job as Macy, being really cute, funny and obsessive all at once! I hope they expand her character a little more, and stop her from feeding off the one gag of her almost hitting people with sports equipment. Now, any die-hard fans of the Jonas brothers, buy their CD, go to their concerts, secretly drool over poster of them, whatever, BUT DON'T WATCH THIS SHOW! It will taint your love for them!
