The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

Hey time xx, I do remember this show..I loved it! I was about 7 when it was being aired, and I recall being so intrigued and borderline obsessed! It's hard for me to remember details of the individual episodes. All I really remember is the title, and bits and pieces, and of course the fact that Ann Jillian was so awesome and I wanted to be just like her! Even as a 7 yr old girl, I used to hope that somehow the two of them could be together forever. This show, as brief as it was (only 13 episodes), at least in my mind, will remain one of those relics like "V" that need to be sought out, burned onto disc, and stored in the sacred home archives, protected by a glass case and an alarm system. LOL

Just wanted to see if anyone remembered a old TV show called "Jennifer Slept Here"? This series focuses on teenaged Joey Elliot and his family, who move into the home of the late Jennifer Farrell (played by the beautiful Ann Jillian). She still walks the halls, but is a ghost, and is only seen by Joey. I was a big fan of this show! When I was a kid, I was in love with Ann Jillian! She was my dream girl. I wanted to move into a haunted house also! This was a great show that never really got a chance. It never ranked above #25 in The Nielsen Ratings. So the it was canceled. Ann Jillian went on to do other movies and TV shows. NBC has no plans of a Jennifer Slept Here DVD release, but it sure was a great show!

I am also waiting for Nick at Nite or one of these types of things to re-broadcast this show. It was rather silly, but a great concept!! Of course, I was in the 3rd grade at the time, so I thought the boy was cute. But I think many people have watched shows for lesser reasons.

I was 9 when I watched this show. I think I felt compelled to watch it because of the very attractive Ann Gillian who played the ghost. The title of the show and the theme song are the oddest and most unique ones I have ever seen. The show and title are from the perspective of the 13 year old boy who is the only one who can see Jennifer. I think the concept of having a sexy older woman ghost looking over you should have appealed to a lot of adolescent boy viewers (it worked for me). I still remember the song : "She lived here. She loved here, laughed here, and wept here. She slept here...." The show was both sexy and silly...a great combination.
