Head Start Audience Reviews

Exoticalot People are voting emotionally.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Scotty Burke It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review
Staci Frederick Blistering performances.
Da Burgo It was an excellant idea: Six teenages are given the chance to fufill their dreams, when they each recieve a large sum of money for a head start in their careers. Unfortunately, the first few episodes were boring and slow. Then it finally clicked. It become quite clever and witty, and very original. They introduced new, exciting characters but still didn't get the number of viewers they wanted and it was cancelled. There are now two more episodes left before it ends. It's a pity that they didn't get another season. It was so much more enjoyable and original than Heartbreak High, it's predessor, yet still it fails to get enough veiwers. Heartbreak High used the same 90210 storylines and then repeated then (how many times have we seem the student-teacher relationship storyline?!), yet when something good comes along, no-one wants to watch it.The cast are very talented, especially Freya Stafford and Megan Dorman who play Basia Lem and Katherine Ingram. Both are very talented, and should get some more work soon. (I can't wait for Queen of the Damned, a movie coming out with Dorman) Charlie Clausen, Aaron, and Meroani Vuki, Jade, are very likable and quite good actors too, though not as talented as Freya or Megan. All the other actors, do not stand out as much as the other, but are enjoyable to watch. The onl bad actors I felt where the ones that left earlier on: Nadia Townsend (Claire) and Gareth Yuen (Loc).Quick! There are only two episodes left of this drama, so tune in on Sunday 6.10 pm on ABC or Monday 7.30 pm Fox 8, which has repeats.I'm sure you'll find it as enjoyable as I do.
