I watch this type of show while I exercise on my elliptical. I don't like a lot of blood and guts and/or profanity. This series can provide a great story without either. The characters seem real and it's easy to connect with them. It doesn't take long, either, to want to watch the next episode. I like that the characters always seem to try to do the right thing, including shooting someone as a last resort. Even in the heat of the situation, they slow down enough to make the right decisions. They support each other in a professional way, but seem to be genuine friends as well. It's nice to see a show that doesn't rely on car chases, tons of shooting and lots of blood.

This TV show is made very realistic from point of view or a regular person. Acting is very good, there is action, drama, some kind of mystery (starting of episode show you just small moment whats going on). Most of actors are new to me but i seen some old faces as well. Episodes are mostly story for themselves but also they are connected by team itself. For all fans of special units and action TV shows i recommend you to watch this. Idea of showing life of person on other side on sniper and how that person live after he pull a tiger is brilliant. In most movies/TV shows we see people shot like its something normal without consequences but here you can actually live life of first team and see how they live after killing someone no meter is it bad or good person. How hard is to be First team and what glory and what curse it bring with it.

I've just discovered this series on ION Television, and am glued to the television, from 10pm to 4am, 3 nights a week. My favorites are: Sgt. Parker (Enrico Colantoni), Ed Lane (Hugh Dillon), Mike Scarlatti (Sergio Di Zio), and Jules Callaghan (Amy Jo Johnson). The screenwriters have developed a lot of intense action where both men and women perform high risk rescue missions, handling of state-of-the-art weapons, profiling of suspects, and interventions. Then they delve into each character's deepest emotions and into their personal lives. It depicts them as real human beings. Kudos to ION Television for presenting this series and in sequence, so you can follow the context of the character's lives. Two thumbs up.

There is no single word to describe what this series has meant to me...to feel so close to each member of the series, is remarkable! These characters along with the circumstances of each episode, has made me laugh, frown and even cry. What a great script and the actors were chosen well, and no other could have suited their character quite as well as each of them did! Greg, no one played the part better of the lonely cop who longed to know his son. Eddie...who better to fill Greg's shoes and lead team one! Spike, the team would not be complete without you. Sam, never expected you to live up to such high expectations, well done. Jules, although Donna was an excellent member of the series, she just wasn't you! Lea, no offense, but I miss "Wordy". Winnie, no one suits spike better, and you are after all part of team one too.Well done, and assuming there will be a Season 6, looking forward to it!
