Dangerous Minds Audience Reviews

Titreenp SERIOUSLY. This is what the crap Hollywood still puts out?
Micah Lloyd Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.
Celia A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Brooklynn There's a more than satisfactory amount of boom-boom in the movie's trim running time.
onetwin-1 This movie is not based on an inner city school. It is based on a high school in Belmont CA. The name is Carlmont. The students were primarily white and the School district forced the closing of the "Inner City school Ravenswood" The Students were bussed from East Palo Alto to Belmont CA. These students were rebellious and mad that their school was forced to close and the students of Carlmont resented the fact that others were bussed in. It has taken many years for everyone to get along and they still have their problems but, the school has been successful in blending the ethnic groups. I know this because I graduated from Carlmont in 1982 and saw the school grow better each year.
Mick-28 This drama gave a poignant view of inner city struggles and triumphs. It bypassed the stereotypes, yet remained current. If it was on at better time, more people could have enjoyed it. Annie Potts shows she can be more than a commedienne.
