One of the worst movies I've ever seen

The film was still a fun one that will make you laugh and have you leaving the theater feeling like you just stole something valuable and got away with it.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

Cowboy Bebop is a story about the past. About memory. Spike, our main character, sturggles with his origins that are slowly and masterfully revealed to us. No episode is filler and every second is important to setting up the characters who we grow to love so that the story beats in the later episodes will truly affect us.The ending wraps up the story nicely and will force you to watch again: you will love every second and as a man who is not a huge fan of most anime I can entirely recommend this show.

This is a review of an anime show, but it is written in a way that treats cowboy bebop as a normal show, since it can be compared to any kind of shows and still stands out. There are several levels of good shows. First there are shows with good graphics and visual effects, then shows with good plots, twists and turns, then shows with interesting characters, then shows with deep meaning and revelations, then there are shows that touches you with simply the style. Cowboy bebop has all of them, and good music. I've watched many good shows. animes like EVA, Code Geass, normal TV shows like breaking bad, house of cards, narcos, BoB, GoT to name a few, but all of them are like novels to me, with interesting characters and smart plots. CB, on the other hand, is like poems. It touches you with its style. The mature yet a bit sad attitude towards a person's past and life beyond, the romance of men, the weight one carries etc. It makes me sad, yet at the same time makes me smile. I guess these feelings transcends its time and will never be outdated, that's why it's my all time favorite. BTW, the composer, Yoko Kanno is a genius.

Cowboy Bebop is a show that is a 26 episode long show that somehow manages to be 50% filler. If you're looking for a good story, this isn't the show for you. The ending was OK but just didn't have the emotional impact that the creator probably intended it to. The characters overall show zero development and some of the characters could even be considered as extras.

Before watching Cowboy Bebop I considered anime to be for losers and introverts. I quite honestly never really understood what drew people into them until watching the aforementioned show. This show has every thing you can ask for almost as if you made a robot that could do anything you ever wanted and do these things immediately after you wanted them to happen. The show has great music ranging from Jazz to Rock n Roll. It has a well driven and well formulated plot that will leaving you on the edge of your seat wanting more and more. It has a set of characters that are by far my favorite from any TV, movie, or video game series. All of the characters have their own unique and interesting past, experiences, and motivations, that help tether all of them together. This show blew me away. I was awestruck at everything, the action scenes, the music/background, and the dialogue and characters. Everything was perfect and in my honest opinion it was how I would want my ideal show/anime to be or resemble. This show will get you so emotionally invested into itself you'll place it as the most important thing of your life. It will leave you wanting more and like myself horrified at the realization that their is no more content left to watch. It will get you addicted into watching anime and even wanting to read their manga source material. There are a few things in life you have to experience before you move on into the next one and watching Cowboy Bebop and seeing the adventures of Spike, Jet, Faye, Ed, and Ein is one of them.
