SmugKitZine Tied for the best movie I have ever seen
Majorthebys Charming and brutal

mraculeated The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
geeboy37 While this show is very entertaining to watch and if you grew up in 80s, extremely nostalgic, I would never in a million years consider it the 47th best show ever. Here are some amazing shows that is ranked hire than: Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Simpsons, Six Feet Under, Its Always Sunny(Just to name a few but look for yourself). I say that because it either intentionally or unintentionally still has that 80s "cheese" that was present in a lot of the music, movies and TV but I do admit if that was done intentionally it's pretty brilliant. Regardless I think when you allow the masses to dictate the rankings of TV shows you will have this happen but it definitely can be misleading to people who aren't familiar with any of those shows and expect brilliance when they start to watch it.
Aloso This series offers exactly what you expect: A little drama, a love story, much karate, and a tournament at the end. It's great to see all the actors from the original movie again, but I also like the new actors. Not all of them are completely convincing in their role, but most have a relatable character and do a good job.The story is remarkably ordinary, but it has a nice pace and finds a good balance between fighting, romance, and day-to-day rivalries. There are even some plot twists waiting for you. Overall, you won't get bored - also thanks to the great soundtrack. The series also contains a lot of references to The Karate Kid (from 1984), so you should watch that one first, if you don't know it yet (it's a good movie, too, you won't regret it!)
danielwelter16 An unexpected surprise to follow up from the movies!
badari91 I was searching for new series to watch, and came across this as this had good reviews. Watched The Karate Kid at 1.5x speed, and although it had its moments, it was only ordinary. This series though is on a whole new level. Even if you disliked the movie, you will definitely like Cobra Kai. It is really well written and acted. Not one episode is boring. Hopefully the second season will be just as good.
