Bigfoot Presents: Meteor and the Mighty Monster Trucks is a children's show on Discovery Kids, that premiered in the fall of 2006 and was produced by Endgame Entertainment and Bigfoot. It is a CGI-style animation, presenting the fictional adventures of some monster trucks with the personalities of young children. In 2007, Bigfoot Presents: Meteor and the Mighty Monster Trucks was nominated for an Emmy Award in the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program category. Head writers credited on the show were Ken Cuperus, Alice Prodanou and Dave Dias. The series was cancelled on October 11, 2010, because of the last day of Discovery Kids' broadcast. Its successor, Hub Network, has not included it in their lineup, so the ending of the series is in limbo. It is currently seen on Simle of a Child as "Monster Truck Adventures".

Bigfoot Presents: Meteor and the Mighty Monster Trucks Audience Reviews

Borgarkeri A bit overrated, but still an amazing film
TrueHello Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Fairaher The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
Lela The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
awilso-65116 My son loves this show. I don't worry about violence for bad language when I put it on for him, and it teaches a lot about manners and socially acceptable behaviors. It teaches to be a good sport and even how to deal with your fears. If your child loves cars/trucks this show is a must see for the little one.
coraskid My son loves this show. If your child loves monster trucks then he will definitely love this. It is wonderfully written and has great story lines to teach children manners. It would be equally great for girls as there are girl monster trucks one of which is named Pony Tail. Its very similar to the hit movie Cars. As the trucks come to life and you find yourself believing they are real people. You won't be disappointed with this show. Its a breath of fresh air compared to some of the violent cartoons out there. You can put this on and feel safe to clean or other house chores and know they are watching something clean and non violent and learning manners in the process.
