TrueHello
Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.

In other words, this film is a surreal ride.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

This is a sharp and witty take on the advertising industry. It's very funny and easy to watch. Hopefully a second season will happen at some stage to tie a few loose ends up. The six episodes fly by in no time, and left me desiring more time with the characters. The acting is spot on. The portrayals of all the characters all worked, and easily avoided caricature. They were all endearing in their own way, and were layered in a way that really called for more episodes to flesh them out further. Overall, this little Australian production should be very proud of what they have created. There definitely need to be more series like this produced for Australian and overseas audiences. Good Australian humour should not be limited to a small platform.
