Manthast Absolutely amazing
amanwhorocks 1. Kurt Angle Vs. Rey Mysterio Jr. - Debut on WWE of Rey Jr. and clean victory for heel wrestler. Haha. 8.5/10 2. Chris Jericho Vs. Ric Flair - Another surprising ending, Flair defeated Jericho in a clean way, though whole the match contained only really basic moves and billion of chops. 6/10 3. Eddie Guerrero Vs. Edge - Eddie worked on Edge's shoulder all the time. Edge won by Spear. 7/10 4. WWE Tag Team Championship: Booker T./Goldust Vs. Champs- The Unamericans(Christian/Storm) - End was full of action and the Unamericans retained! 8/10 5. Intercontinental Championship: Champ-Chris Benoit Vs. RVD - I noticed that crowd was kinda weird and cold. They weren't even into that match. And its so Great names. RVD and Crippler! They've put tears and blood into that match. You can see there RVD without ponytail, that is really uncommon. And it ended in a clean way! New champ. I have to rate 9.5. If Benoit won then it would be 10. 9.5/10 6. The Undertaker vs. Test - Taker easily won. 6.5/10 7. Hardcore match: HBK Vs. HHH - Awesome bout with nice jump through table. Shawn won. 9/10 8. Undisputed Championship: Champ-The Rock Vs. Brock Lesnar - Crow finally woke up and was against face. "Rocky Sucks" and Let's go, Lesnar!" you can hear very often through all the match, Lesnar won and it was great to see him as a new champion. I was satisfied. 10/10
quinioupierre Rate of the pay per view : 9.0/10Kurt Angle vs Rey Mysterio : **** Great opener and the first match of Rey Mysterio in pay-per-viewRic Flair vs Chris Jericho : **3/4 correct matchEdge vs Eddie Guerrero : ***1/2 Good match The Un-Americans vs Booker T and Goldust : *** Nice tag team match, I love the team of Booker T and GoldustChris Benoit vs Rob Van Dam : ***3/4 A very good match between two great technician.Undertaker vs Test : **1/2 Not a bad matchTriple H vs Shawn Michaels : ****1/2 An excellent match, I love everything of this matchThe Rock vs Brock Lesnar : **** A great match, the end of the match was epic.
jts0405 Match 1: Kurt Angle vs Rey Mysterio - A very excellent opener. Kurt Angle portrays the heel that uses his height advantage against the smaller Mysterio. Mysterio just recently turned WWE at this time, making him more of a new hit for the crowd. Angle dominates with some submission maneuvers, Mytsterio counters with high flying techniques as well. Angle takes the win in the end. Great opener.Match 2: Ric Flair vs Chris Jericho - At this point Ric Flair was a face in the WWE scene. This was shortly before he aligned himself in an alliance with Triple H, which would eventually add Randy Orton and Batista. Jericho really shows us that Ric Flair can still compete in a top form even though he is a lot older. Some of the things Jericho did, really proved to Flair that he can still have a high intensity match. In the end Ric Flair scores the win, much to the surprise of the fans.Match 3: Edge vs Eddie Guerrero - This feud was one of the more memorable feuds on SmackDown in 2002. Edge and Guerrero had an epic battle on SmackDown, which was one of the 2002 matches of the year. They also had this great contest as Summerslam that same year just to make it look like a great feud. Both men proved that they are WWE Championship material in the ring. Edge picks up the win, but both put on one hell of a match.Match 4: The Un-Americans (c) vs Booker T & Goldust for the World Tag Team Championship - Christian, Lance Storm and Test formed a short lived stable known as The Un-Americans. Christian and Lance Storm really branched from that group as a shortly lived tag team that did hold the straps on several occasions. Booker T and Goldust really played the underdog challengers for most of the year in the tag team division. They came close in this particular challenge, but in the end The Un-Americans retain their tag gold.Match 5: Chris Benoit (c) vs Rob Van Dam for the Intercontinental Championship - One of the better matches of the night. A high intensity, high impact match. These two both came from WCW and ECW. Van Dam competed in WCW as Robby V and donned the Rob Van Dam name once in ECW, as to Chris Benoit who has always just went by his real life name. The fact of the matter is that these two tore down the place for WWE's secondary title. In the end Rob Van Dam captures the title once again after executing a perfect Five Star Frog Splash on Benoit.Match 6: The Undertaker vs Test - Complete Undertaker dominance. Test does take some time to beat down the Undertaker and put up a fight, but Undertaker hits a good amount of power moves and then lands the finishing touch for the win against Test.Match 7: Shawn Michaels vs Triple H in an Unsanctioned Street Fight - For the first time since 1998 we see Shawn Michaels return to the ring against the man he formed D-Generation X with, Triple H. This was the match of the night for sure. Sound stuff. It went back and forth the whole time, with no clear cut favorite to decide. Triple H seemed in control, with most fans believing that he would defeat his friend. Shawn battles back and finds a way to defeat Triple H in the end. Triple H takes it out on HBK with his sledgehammer in the end.Match 8: The Rock (c) vs Brock Lesnar for the Undisputed Championship - Lesnar really wasn't over at this point in his career. After winning the King of the Ring Tournament he still really wasn't that over with the fans. The match was a pretty solid back and forth battle for the title. Two greatly sized athletes in an epic war for the richest prize in WWE. In the end Brock Lesnar nails The Rock with his F5 to capture his first of three WWE Championships. This match really put Brock Lesnar over with the fans. This match made his career, considering he beat one of the best.
easy_e1983 Brock Lesnar shows his domination in this classic match with the Rock. 2 Natl. Champs rumble. Also Angle and Mysterio was a great contest. RVD and Benoit kicked some butt. Hunter Hearst Helmsley and HBK both won and lost at the same time. If they would have had Austin or Bret Hart, this would be the PPV of the Year, but is runner up to Wrestlemania.
