The Nut Job Audience Reviews

More Review
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Rio Hayward All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Raymond Sierra The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Darin One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
areatw The fact that the word 'forgettable' appears in just about every review for this film says a lot about how unoriginal and lazy it is. I can't remember the last time I watched an animated film and couldn't wait for it to finish, but that's how I felt about 'The Nut Job'.The animation in this film is great, but it's not enough to distract away from the complete lack of a plot. Characters often make or break animated films and, writing this review a day after watching the film, I can't remember any of the characters or their names.'The Nut Job' is watchable but will probably be enjoyed much more by kids. The only thing I enjoyed about this film was the animation - the plot and characters were completely... forgettable.
Carly Pressman I was tricked into watching this movie particularly due to the decent animation. My cousin and I got all excited when my father took us to see this movie thinking it was gonna be good. Boy, we were wrong! The majority of the voice actors (especially Liam Neeson) sound like they hate the film, the jokes suck and are inappropriate, and the frequent use of the song Gangnam Style (which I hate) is annoying as crap. The only thing I liked about this film was the dog (don't remember her name) who thought her tail had a mind of its own when she wagged it. That's all. I totally regret having my parents watch this movie. This is one out of several bad films I've seen with my family that we never speak of.I'll stick with Alvin and The Chipmunks no matter how bad people say it is because I actually enjoyed it.
adonis98-743-186503 An incorrigibly self-serving exiled squirrel finds himself helping his former park brethren raid a nut store to survive, that is also the front for a human gang's bank robbery. The Nut Job is one of the most underrated animated films of the last couple of years and i don't get it why it got so many bad reviews i seriously laughed threw out the whole thing, the characters were well written and the whole plot although it was recycled from other animated movies of the past it still worked. The voice cast was really good for the most part and i really can't find anything bad about this film it was funny, full of adventure and even sad when it was needed and i'm gonna give it an 10/10.
Eddie Cantillo The Nut Job(2014) Starring: Will Arnnet, Katherine Heigel, Brendan Frasier, Sara Gadon, Maya Rudolph, Stephen Lang, Jeff Dunham and Liam Nesson Directed By: Peter Lepeniotis Review You know I am not a big fan of animated stuff, unless to me it's nostalgic, from Pixar or Ghibli. But you may have watched Over the hedge and found it amusing, but you have you to be nuts to watch this load of garbage, thankfully me and my whole family are certifiably nuts. The film revolves around a squirrel who's name I don't care to remember voiced by Will Arnett who is a master thief for getting nuts for him and his partner who doesn't speak. When he destroys the tree where the animals live in the park he is banished to our side and has a hard time getting until he sees a Nut shop that is owned by thieves trying to rob a bank next door. He intends to redeem himself by devising to steal all nuts for the park but when a plot unfolds to sabotage him, he must stop the raccoon voiced by Liam Nesson and get those nuts. Boy did what I write just sound stupid, If I could give an award for worst animated film of the year, I would give it to this film. Will Arnnet sounds like he really should be squirrel but only he'd be one smoking a joint. This film is one of the reasons I hate animation, not only is it a cartoon and not live action which I can take more seriously but it's borderline stupid. The CG animation looks like crap too it's the worst I've seen since Food Fight. This animated over the hedge rip-off is one of the worst films of the year. You must stay away at all costs cause trust me you'd probably rather watch The Legend of Hercules then this. I give The Nut Job half out of five.
