To me, this movie is perfection.

A very feeble attempt at affirmatie action

A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

Likes : There isn't must i can say i like about this film, it has the slap stick Benny hill comical humor, i did find the chicken's with the gun pretty but but that about all i kind of found funny about this film, i love comedy film but im not a big fan of harry hill i find his joke & comedy over the top stupid. This film does have some decent acting pretty good singing from some, great costume design for the character & make up is good but sadly unless your a harry hill fan this is a disappointing film to watch. Dislikes : As I've said before if your not a harry hill fan this film is seriously going to be a bad film for you to watch, the joke's are over the top & unfunny, some of he singing is bad, this is one film that should never of been made, its just seem like a quick buck one off movie to make some money, i think this should of stay on TV because there are just something that should be made in to a film.

Really funny surprise. This movie should not be funny, it starts out like The Pee-wee Herman movie, and in a very solid way without ever wavering from the nut hatchery, you end up with a real treat. I honestly Enjoyed this movie, and for all of the reasons that at first glance were just too over the top. The colour is fabulous, and all of the characters are so well fleshed out down to the henchmen who could have felt really stupid, but came across quite well. I want to not like the Shell folk, but well they do smell a bit off. This is at it's heart I think a musical, with montages, and crazy out of the blue singing, and dancing that is so out of place that it actually fits. Nan has knit a cozy for everything, and why does she, and Harry share a bunk bed when Abu gets a room to himself will forever be a mystery, but that hamster is as alive as the baby on Family guy, and the fact that no one understands him is really well handled. This movie is as good as any Muppet movie of the past 20 years, in fact Abu really reminds me of Bean Bunny. I recommend this one for the whole family, or every kid over the age of green.

As someone who was in hysterics watching Harry Hill live I decided to watch this movie as there was a relatively funny trailer. I came with absolutely no illusions this was going to be in the running for the Oscars, but I did at least expect it to be funny. The first 5 or 10 minutes were OK - I thought the chicken scene was what Harry Hill is best at. Then came the Simon Bird character. As I have never been a fan of the inbetweeners, I didn't know what to expect from this comedy "genius". I didn't expect much and wasn't disappoint - this guy simply cannot do comedy! The film ran out of steam 10 minutes in, the remainder of the time was like watching a university comedy troupe, without talent or comedic timing.Quite frankly the film was a TV skit stretched out. Far too long - even with its short run time! I cannot express how deeply disappointing this film was. The only way I can think people actually enjoyed this is if the watched the opening 10 mins then had to leave.I would be happy to watch Harry live, but on film - you FAILED BIG TIME!

this movie is a comedy... not a major blockbuster, not a titanic wannabe movie but a comedy... comedies don't base themselves around plots... i have read some stupid reviews here that aren't even an excuse to be called reviews since there comparing it to alpha pap and the Keith lemon movie which is stupid because there comedies... comedies don't base themselves around a serious or deep plot, comedies are there for a laugh or for a parody of a concept, they aren't suppose to be taken seriously. lets take a movie called airplane... that didn't have a plot at all over then people were stuck on a plane with daft things happening... people look at it and find it a classic cause of its humor and people watched it for its humor and not the plot. or how about the gauntlet or chuck Norris movies or Steven seagal movies? they are based of the action and the events happening around them and how they must survive... its not really a plot but a situation.. movies have different purposes and depending on the genre, it will effect how the movie plays out and how deep the plot will be or how daft it will be.this movie knew what it wanted to be and that was a daft comedy based of the live of harry hill in his comedic world and it did what it did and it was there for a laugh and to entertain. personally after seeing how people are on this website it disgusts me cause no one here clearly has a understanding about genre, movies or the roles in the movie industry.this is a great laugh with the family and has some funny random plot elements and if your a harry hill fan watch it...just ignore the children here who go on here thinking there like the batman doing society justice or something by not even properly criticizing it with out doing research or knowing the purpose of the movie or let alone the comedic style of the main actor.
