Imprisoned at Dartmoor, he and his fellow captives make a desperate escape attempt, in which Stark is shot. He is found by Grace Malherb, and the two fall in love while he convalesces on her family estate. The American Prisoner Audience Reviews

Gurlyndrobb While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
Tyreece Hulme One of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.
Zandra The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
Sarita Rafferty There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.
