The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one

Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.

Not sure how, but this is easily one of the best movies all summer. Multiple levels of funny, never takes itself seriously, super colorful, and creative.

Anyone who saw the movie immediately realized that the plot was copied from Taken. Except that Taken is a trillion times better than this.Shivaay is an overly melodramatic and strethed version of Taken. Ajay Devgan can never even get close to the calibre of Liam Neeson.

After i watch this movie... I think the action scenes are far away better than any of other bollywood movies till now.. Some scenes are stupid.. Eg. The intro scene of AD.. Falling scene from mountain... May be they can do much better than these..good vfx.. Chaising scene were awesome equal to Hollywood movies...i don't know why some people hates this movie.. May be bcuse of the story..good efforts they did.. Should deserve at least 300 cr or more.. I think the actions are better than bahubali films

So! What exactly should i start with? All I can say is 'Shivaay' resembles a title i.e. BOLLYWOOD AT IT'S BEST GUYS!!! And hats off to the only man Ajay Devgn who at least tried putting an effort to raise the level of this industry by gifting such an epic movie like Shivaay. You talk about acting, you talk about story, you talk about on-screen connections, emotions or bonds, then I must tell you this is a movie that has completely lived up to the marks. The movie will keep you on a hold from the very first scene and until the final scene you cannot even make a guess that till what conclusion is it actually going to come. And the action scenes of course will just leave your mouths opened and eyes caught. The name of lord Shiv perfectly used and blended according to the title. So fellas, Here comes on your way Shivaay, the best of Bollywood and Ajay Devgn you will get to see. Not just worth missing!

An actor should never think of direction along with acting in it.I have always liked Ajay Devgan for his acting. But, this movie is something, I never imagined. Far worst from the worsest.Well, all you can see here is Bajrangi Bhaijaan(Hindi) + TAKEN (English) = TOTAL DISASTER by Ajay Devgan.The logic is out of order most of the times, background music isn't matching always, no one would even remember the tune of any song, fights aren't good, emotions were out of line and story is a big DISASTER.If I start writing about the spoilers, maybe I can't stop writing another big article about why this movie shouldn't have happened.I never knew that, Ajay Devgan is the person behind the story, else I would have never wasted my time for it. It's really PATHETIC and worst. To be honest, this is the worst movie so far that I have seen in this year 2016.Well, if you are just a fan of Ajay Devgan and doesn't care aboutany aspects of the movie, then this movie is made for you, else, there is nothing much to be liked in it.
