For 25 centuries the Parthenon has been shot at, set on fire, rocked by earthquakes, looted for its sculptures, and disfigured by catastrophic renovations. To save it from collapse, the modern restoration team must uncover the secrets of how the ancient Greeks built this icon of western civilization in less than nine years without anything resembling an architectural plan.

Secrets of the Parthenon Audience Reviews

SoftInloveRox Horrible, fascist and poorly acted
SanEat A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."
Yash Wade Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.
Edwin The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
MartinHafer This is a very good show about the Parthenon...perhaps the best you can find. This is because although it does talk about the history of the structure, it goes beyond that--discussing at length the amazing architectural design as well as how difficult it is to replicate the precise cuts as they try to restore the structure today. Apparently, there were a lot of mistakes with the big restoration done during the 20th century--and pieces were put together WRONG in many cases and must be corrected today. And, in an effort to create a pleasing structure to the eye, certain optical illusions were designed into it! All very interesting and a show that will keep your attention from start to finish.
