Best movie ever!

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

Liked this one most out of the 4! 5 when it comes out on the 12th of April!Liked how it parodied one of my favourite franchises, Saw! When Dr. Phil sawed the wrong foot off at the beginning! Along with a few laughs here & there it was a pretty good film! Not to mention the ending of Saw when the puppet's fighting each other & Brenda giving birth to Billy the Saw puppet! The final scene when Tom goes mental & starts laughing & jumping around screaming & shouting, bawling at the top of his voice! Eating the couch & going off his nut! Which was bloody funny!! Overall, a great addition which I thought was the best! Can't wait for Scary Movie 5 on Friday! 10/10

David Zucker - he is the most well respected spoof writer/director out there (with Friendberg/Seltzer being the least respected). He is most known for Airplane and The Naked Gun series. These Scary Movie movies are nothing short of giving crappy horror films the same humour and spoofing style as Airplane and The Naked Gun, the first 2 were done okay-ish but this one and the third one hit the humour right on the head. The movie's plot doesn't really matter, you just watch it for laughs and if you look at comedy movies that way you will say this one is the best. I don't know why the third one of this series reigns superior it just has something to it that isn't in the other three (I don't know because it's a long time since I've seen it).The Saw spoof was nothing short of hilarious - I haven't seen Saw but that was just genius as far as dumb comedy goes. The overall impact of this film is that I like it - it's the second best out of the series.

This is by far the funniest movie i have seen. I'm a big fan of comedy movies. Always prefer this genre over the other ones. And this is the first scary movie i have seen although at a late time. I have not watched the other three and pretty excited about seeing them. This movie kept me laughing all the way through. From the beginning when the man cuts his 'wrong foot', the 'brokeback mountain' brothers to Tom Ryan going 'insane'. I NEVER have laughed so much in my life. I almost cried by laughing and laughing. I have not seen a 10 rating in the many reviews i have read of the movie. So i just registered for the first time and wrote it. I Absolutely loved it and eager to see the other scary movies!!

'Scary Movie 4' may not have been as entertaining as 'Scary Movie 3' but it's still way better than the first two movies. In all fairness, I probably would have enjoyed '4' more had I seen 'The Village', 'Worlds of the War', 'The Grudge', 'Saw II', 'Brokeback Mountain' etc but it was still fun and easy to figure out which films/ events (e.g. Tom Cruise jumping the couch on 'Oprah') were being referenced. The toilet humour is thankfully toned down even though there still is some gross humour, most of them taking place in The Village. The dialogues are hilarious. I enjoyed watching Dr. Phil kill himself. Of the cast, Anna Faris (an impressive impersonation of Sarah Michelle Geller and Naomi Watts), Craig Bierko (who does an excellent Tom Cruise impression), Molly Shannon, Michael Madsen, Leslie Nielson (in his usual comically wacky persona as the president of America) and Conchita Campbell are great. 'Scary Movie 4' proves once again that not having the Wayans brothers in their movie makes a huge (positive) difference.
