Princess Protection Program Audience Reviews

Humaira Grant It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
Teddie Blake The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
Billie Morin This movie feels like it was made purely to piss off people who want good shows
Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
joemoe116 I am not a teenager, but i love movies i heard about Princess Protection Program. and decided to watch it. I thought the movie was good. this movie was better then i thought it was going to be. Demi Lovato plays a 16 year old princess from a small country who is forced to leave her country to avoid being taken prisoner. by the ruthless general Cain. Rosie played by Demi Lovato is recued by a CIA agent and taken to his home. Selena Gomez is Carter the CIA agent's 16 year old daughter who he recriuts to help Rosie blend in as a normal 16 year old girl. with out giving to much away this a fish out of water story. This is one of the better Disney movies. Demi Lovato was adorable as Rosie, and Selena Gomez took a chance with this role, see at the beganning of the movie Carter was not very likable, but as the movie went on Carter played Gomez became as adorable as princess Rosie. Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato work well together. the story was good. the acting was good. Selena Gomez might the best actress of all the teens queens. now the movie is not very realistic, remember this Disney.
rclos68 Perhaps I'm too old to like this movie. After watching I felt I should have got more. Most of the comedic scenes were unbelievable, and themes all girls being princesses is a little old and timeworn. Little kids get something out of this? I guess. Is it just me or have I seen this movie before? There were some positives though. The relations between the parents and the daughters were refreshingly sane. Selena's was grounded man and not a caricature, the relationship between Demi and her mom seemed passionate, although most of the passion was on Demi's side. Perhaps because this is a kid's movie the villain of the piece seemed ridiculous and unbelievable. The relationship between Selena and Demi seemed strained, like being best friends in real life hampered being at odds ends in the beginning of the movie. If this were a writing assignment I think I would give it back and say it needs more work.
pinkpugg I though this movie was decent. A good heart warming story but really over done. The four biggest let downs for me were:1. i though that it would have more action, sword fights something! it was oh a sword threw her crown, carters dad pushes some guy down, and they run away. yep pretty boring.2. since i live in Louisiana i had hopes of seeing some places I've been in this movie. As i watched this movie the more evident that it wasn't shot in Louisiana. ex: we don't have mountains in Louisiana, and that may palm trees, and u cant live that close to a swamp. Then my friend told me that it was shot in Puerto Rico. i was disappointed in that.3.the movie was really predictable. oh a princess gets assassinated , goes to school like a normal kid, fits in better then the girl who has been there most of her life, has 2 be prom queen(in this case homecoming, which no one really cares about), wins, and the bad guy finds her. 4. i didn't think that Cane guy was that evil. i was like dude read the evil guy hand book! his character was pretty stupid.I'm the kinda girl who likes the villains more than the heroes most of the time. i though the acting was decent but it lacked sparkle. and it kinda dragged on.i don't think Selena and demi work well together, it was kinda awkward to see them act together. i probably would never watch this movie again. And i had high hopes for this movie.
pitasanna1996 Predictable I mean she is in a new town where she is unpopular then their a competition where their is someone else who also wants it too. The only twisted part they had was the princess being from another country but other than that it is basically like every other movie. The main plot of the movie has been re-done in plenty Disney movies but they did it in a different version. I think the only reasons why people would be excited to watch this movie is because it has Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato they would probably like to enjoy watching their teen stars on TV. But the plot is just plainly predictable. When the two evil girls the blond one reads that magazine it was obvious that it had to be Rosalie in it. That was mostly one of the most predictable things. The movie is basically about one wanting more power over the other but competition strikes on them that is basically how all movies go.
