O Ninja das Caldas Audience Reviews

Boobirt Stylish but barely mediocre overall
TeenzTen An action-packed slog
FuzzyTagz If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.
Cheryl A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
joaopombeiro ----------------------------------------------------------This movie was made as an art project, in an art school in Caldas da Rainha. In the 3rd year of the Painting course the subject given by teachers was "landscape". Thats why in the end of movie, when Toni kills Evildragon and takes off his mask, he screams evildragon's real name: "John Landscape".All the "actors", extras, the director, the musicians and everyone else involved in the project were art students, who made this "movie" as a caricature of ninja movies. It's bad, but totally on purpose...----------------------------------------------------------
Tiago This movie is very hard to watch. I read on a comment that "this movie is good for those who understand Portuguese". The guy who wrote that should probably be the film maker, because no one, specially those who understand Portuguese, should watch the movie.Terrible acting, bad actors, no funny dialogues, nothing! This movie is a crap!Don't ever see this. Really... Trust me, this looks like a home video of some drunk idiots dressed like ninjas doing stupid things. Not funny at all.Everybody says in it's comments: "This movie is funny because it's bad". Following that thought, i can ask:So, if i slap someone, i'm being funny? If i spend one hour telling you boring jokes, i'm being funny? If i do a poor acting because i can't do better, i'm being funny?Wooow, that's not my concept of fun...What's the "Big jokes" in this? The constant difference between audio and video? Or the obvious ketchup? Or the annoying screams? If you find THAT funny, you'll be the last person i want to meet. No brains.
Costeira Now this is the best Portuguese movie ever made! As said before by other user, this movie was made only with funny intentions, it wasn't supposed to be a good movie! This movie cost about 25€ and most of the money was spent on ketchup to use it as blood. This movie talks about a ninja that wants revenge cause his girlfriend was murdered, loads of action in the Portuguese woods. Its obvious that it is a home made movie cause you see people on the backgrounds just passing by lol. You really need to be Portuguese or understand the language to see the movie. If you are Portuguese you'll really laugh out loud when you see this movie! A cult movie, you can't miss it!
Berneaud This is the first Portuguese Ninja film, which doesn't say much since there is no big film industry here...Well, as expected, the acting is atrocious, the plot a bit surreal, the special effects laughable,but... the film rocks! There is something cool about watching this, there are some genuinely funny moments(SPOILERS): -when ambushed by 10 or so evil ninjas, the "star" quips:"Tell me your names,I'll kill in alphabetical order" -the main man goes to a ninja bar, where a few ninjas drink, play pool and chess. He kicks the table chess and firmly implants a chess piece in a bad guys eye! -the ninja dies and is resurrected. A buda-like guy (in pajama pants!) recites some prayer and some dust appears on the top of the screen. Then the resurrected ninja appears, followed by the bag of powder he was using as a "special effect"!The amateurism of this film has to be seen to be believed, but the end result is so bad, it becomes (sort of) good. Give it a try.
