A young woman grows up in the mob and works very hard to advance herself through the ranks. She enjoys her life of money and luxury, but is oblivious to the horror that she causes. Greed, risk taking, and a few mistakes ultimately unravel her climb to the top. As she falls back down, she learns the true nature of the world she lives in.
