Deeper than the descriptions
Cem Lamb
This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.
Frances Chung
Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Bumpy Chip
It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
The Couchpotatoes
I normally do like a little bit of French humor. Most of their comedies are good. Some are exceptionally good. For sure the ones with the actors of the team Le Splendid. I miss those movies. Too bad you rarely see one with those actors anymore. But with Low Cost we are immediately in another category and it's not a good one. They really try to be funny but they just aren't. Even if it silly humor, sometimes it can be funny, but in this movie even the silly humor is just dumb. I don't think I laughed once during the entire movie. And let's be honest, that's not a good sign when it's supposed to be a comedy. I thought the movie was boring. I don't think a lot of people are going to like this movie.
