Knots Audience Reviews

ada the leading man is my tpye
Hellen I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Diagonaldi Very well executed
StyleSk8r At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
jkudrick I thought this movie was so smart and very, very funny.I recognized someone I know in almost every character. My husband and I frequently go to the movies and we both agreed this was so much better and more amusing than anything we have seen in a long time. We are so sick of the contrived plots and strained humor found in most movies today.Kudos for Knots. It is thoroughly enjoyable without insulting my intelligence. The various personalities were very believable and the choice of actors totally right on.John Stamos and Paulina Porizkova were outstanding.I really liked the opening scenes with the moving truck and the music choice.
kmay007 Knots is a really fun film. (Definitely better to see the DVD version – Lifetime cut some good stuff out.) It's clever without being overly pretentious. Dramatic without taking itself too seriously. And I cannot count how many times I laughed out loud. It's refreshing to find characters who are so real. The dialogue is so natural – just the way you and your friends would talk. And who knew John Stamos's career wasn't over? Seems this movie put him back on the map. Also seems that Stamos modeled his "Jake in Progress" character exactly after Knots's Cal -- which looks like blatant copyright infringement to me. Anyway, Knots is an all-around great film. It's sweet and sincere, while being edgy and funny at the same time. Check it out!
starring-1 I saw this on TV last night (I think it was the Lifetime Channel). Wow, what a TREAT...! It's got a good solid script, good actors and is truly funny. Paula P. was perfect for her part, which was very central to the story. I actually used to know someone in real life that was like her character in this film only he was a man (and incredibly handsome). I fell in love and or like with most of the film's characters, and am a big fan of Paula's -- but the coolest thing was that this was not like a hundred other movies I have already seen. It truly has its own originality.Good cinematography, great directing, great acting, great script -- what more can we ask for?! The only thing that really bugs me about this film is that obviously the Big Boys in Hollywood in charge of the money flow decided not to market and promote this film. Too bad. Their loss! I'm going to have to look up who wrote the screenplay because I'd like to see whatever else s/he has done!!
jaredac I saw this at the Gen Art film festival in New York and I laughed my ass off. It's a great comedy about the dynamics that modern urban relationships can take. It is at once comic, tragic and outrageous. The dichotomy between the honest yet ruthless redhead relationship crusher and the thoughtless infidelity carried out by John Stamos is fascinating.Great Script Fun movieCan't wait to add it to my DVD collection.
