Journey to Planet X Audience Reviews

Plustown A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.
Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
Skyler Great movie. Not sure what people expected but I found it highly entertaining.
delliottlewis This was an outstanding film. I really enjoyed watching the behind the scenes activities, and seeing the challenges Troy and Eric went through to bring this story to life. It's easy to forget that the film is more than just a story; that someone has to build sets, design models, sew clothing, get the lighting just right, etc... The challenge of getting the moon surface scene was fascinating! I've been a fan of Troy and Eric's earlier works and this was a real treat to see the ins and outs of being a short filmmaker. It captured the difficulties, the fun, and the humor of the experience. Looking forward to your next film, "Temple of Joy" guys!
Doug Newcomb This movie took you through the journey of a part time film-making endeavor that took two years. The two main characters are professional scientists that have full time jobs. Their shared passion for science fiction and their desire to do the project well permeates the movie. The step by step approach to storyboarding, casting, setting up the studio to make the effects look right illustrated the importance of details. The frustrations when encountering technical problems, scheduling issues, with location limitations and were laid out in an engaging way that made you want to see how it all came out. I was inspired to create something myself after watching this movie.
