The Wu-Tang Clan's Cappadonna redubs a 1970s martial arts thriller to hilarious effect, casting himself in the lead role as a pot-smoking rapper who wakes up in an Asian kung fu dreamscape. There, he's framed for the murder of a rival gang leader and is quickly banished. Liberally changing characters into drunks and prostitutes, Cappadonna crafts a unique comedy experience that also features the voices of Hideo Seaver and Shawn Wigs.

Iron Fist Pillage Audience Reviews

AboveDeepBuggy Some things I liked some I did not.
Majorthebys Charming and brutal
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
Payno I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
SmellDumpster This is a great movie for a night with 40z and friends. I don't usually laugh at movies, but this one had my friends and me going (started the movie with 1 OE 40z down the gullet). The 70s style kung-fu movie that they dubbed over is mediocre although the fight scenes have some merit (more quantity than quality). However, the fact that the original is mediocre just makes it a better medium for the WuTang dub over as the only thing left from the original movie is the visual footage. The movie really is all about WuTangs voice acting, the dialogue that they wrote, the back beats that they laid for the sound track and the characters that they made up. Come on, "Stays High?" A guy named Cappadonna who lets loose with a "The Pillage!" when wading into battle? You don't have to be a thug to appreciate this movie, but if you party like the Wu before watching it, there's not a chance you'll be disappointed.
