Self-important, over-dramatic, uninspired.
Majorthebys
Charming and brutal
Neive Bellamy
Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

A bad episode from a mid day soup would be better. Entirely predictable from the characters to the dialogue and the story line. You've got the smoking hard ass types who swear like drunken sailors. You've got the tough guys from the hood, the disadvantaged, the pampered rich and powerful in different forms. The whole premise is just an excuse to flash some flesh. There are lots of tough guys movies with kick boxers and martial arts guys slaying the bad guys. This is just the female version of a predictable story line. J.C.V. Dame's been there done that so many years ago. It was Charles Bronson before that and the Clint in his silly movies. But the whole thing is so badly acted and badly filmed. This is the worst film I've seen this year. Seriously get a taser, says the movie. At least if it had some real time with butch actress/stunt girls like Zoe Bell who really knows how to kick ass.

OK - so after reading some of ya'll's reviews, I just wanted to start by saying this: take a step back, take a breath and laugh it off. Is Fight Valley the best movie you will ever have the privilege of seeing in this lifetime? Absolutely not. But, I think we can all agree that A. it's cool to see some huge UFC stars outside of the ring and B. if you just look at it aesthetically, and remember that this was not a million-dollar Spielberg blockbuster, it's 90-minutes worth of Camden, New Jersey realness! Director Rob Hawk takes audiences on an interesting ride they can enjoy from the comfort of their couches. Miesha Tate, I have to say, was probably the most natural, for never having acted a day in her life. She keeps it cool, keeps it badass and serves up some serious potential to land some future acting gigs if she wants to! Also, I personally really dug the makeup. Even though the fight scenes weren't as nail-bitingly gritty as one would expect from a film featuring primarily fighters, the makeup and special effects were cool to see on the screen! It's a quick 90-minutes. Take it for what it is, sit back and enjoy!!

Plain simple it is rubbish! Awful acting, awful story (what story?) but awful FIGHT SCENES. Common people they're UFC fighters and it was just so bad i had to laugh. waste of time to watch! Big Miesha Tate fan as a person and a UFC fighter and her looks are the only positive i can say about this movie. I've seen better movies on YouTube so go figure. It makes me wonder how someone is able to make such a thing? I mean, somebody actually put effort in this movie thing. And this is the best you can do? Not blaming the actors, cos most of them aren't actors but UFC fighters. So i understand they want to participate in a movie and they think ow that's fun to do and try. but from the director to anyone creatively involved, please go find another job cos your not made for the movie industry. Please skip this movie and spend you time on anything but watching this.

First off Holly Holm is prominently featured on the cover of the movie yet is in it for all of 10 seconds. Now that I've got that out of the way on to the movie. This will be short and sweet. The acting, editing, sound, and anything else you can think of that's involved in making a movie is all horrible. The acting though takes the prize as all "actors" involved were so ridiculously bad that I started to think it was a joke, but my friends, unfortunately the only joke was that I watched the whole movie. The "actors" didn't seem to know when they were supposed to say their lines and most times their mannerisms didn't match what they were saying or supposed to be doing. The only reason I watched the entire movie is that I was not watching it alone because if I were alone I would have split after about 20 minutes if that. As bad as the editing was I feel that the fact that the director and actors did such a bad job hindered anything an editor could do with the slop in the can. As far as this movie having a 6.7 rating after only about 10 or so ratings, well I think that can be chalked up to paid for reviews. Either that or the handful of reviews were done by friends and/or family of the film maker . Truly awful!!!
