A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Portia Hilton
Blistering performances.

I thought this movie was confusing but good....who chained up the Mom in the basement? why was the Mom chained up?was the dog in the movie real or in the main characters head?

Personally i felt the male lead was not right for this role he has a very comedic face. This could have been a good film but lacked any real scares at all. As a few others have said it was not a bad film but it was not particularly good either....very middle of the road.

I was happy to see Topher Grace star in something that does resemble That 70's Show and decided to buckle down on this one. Without saying too much and saying it all, this flick utilizes excessive jump scares, stigmas on mental illness and a crippling story line that barely makes it to the finish line. Best viewed as background noise.

Quite slow and predictable. If you have half a brain you will quickly realise his mother is alive as the story is lame and poorly executed. The ending doesn't answer any questions and leaves a lot to the imagination.Me personally i wouldnt bother and look for something a little easier to watch and less predictable.
