Dave Macade Jr was once a serial killing, cocaine-addled criminal and the most dangerous man in America. After being recruited by a government agency hoping to utilize his skills, he is assigned to take down a violent drug lord calling himself Doctor Crowe who is known for his affinity for birds. Working alongside his no-nonsense sister, his genius best friend, and his drug-distributer ex-wife, Dave's body, sobriety, and morality are put to the test in a war that will determine if he can truly be redeemed.
