Cook-Off! Audience Reviews

UnowPriceless hyped garbage
BelSports This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Rio Hayward All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Lachlan Coulson This is a gorgeous movie made by a gorgeous spirit.
Koldenstedt I loved this movie. This will be a cult classic! Maybe not in my lifetime... but trust me!
garyj-10045 We saw Melissa M was in the movie, so we expected she would be the headliner. She was not. When we finished the movie it felt like a bait and switch. Melissa M and Melissa P being in the movie, we expected it to be hilarious. It was funny in parts, but not as good of a comedy as it could have been. We watched it on Prime, thank goodness, otherwise I would have been demanding my money back.
prettypattysmith First of all, I want to state that sometimes watching a silly movie is relaxing. This movie, what not Academy Award worthy, was never trying for that genre. It was hilarious and silly and entertaining. People should not expect ever singly movie to be "high class", some movies are just made to entertain, make you laugh, then just go on your way. I found this movie very funny and don't consider myself stupid in any way, but not snobbish at the occasional movie made for kicks. Melissa McCarthy must have just been getting started and was hilarious. I would recommend this for a rainy night with silly friends and popcorn.
ben-1590 It's an alright movie. It's just weird because it was filmed in 2007 and not released for another decade. In that time Melissa McCarthy got significantly more famous and the trailers over hype her role. Also, one actor died years ago so it's a little odd seeing her in a new movie.Overall not a bad way to spend a couple of hours, especially if you like watching cooking competitions.
