KnotMissPriceless Why so much hype?
SteinMo What a freaking movie. So many twists and turns. Absolutely intense from start to finish.
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
filippaberry84 I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
sid_in_da_hows I have watched a lot of found footage film and I am a big fan of demonic activity in the movies so this film had a lot of potential for me... OMG how wrong I was. Bless them for trying, it seems to me like a bunch of mates have got together and made their own rubbish version of a horror movie, which if that was the case I would applaud... however this movie had a 10,000 dollar budget... someone bought a whole lot of drugs with that money!
dekitchagallow80 I never leave reviews for movies here, but I just had to leave one for this movie. Camera Phone probably could have been a great movie but the story was cliche, the acting was horrible, and it was just bad all around. If I would have heard "And Um" one more time I was going to scream. Please for the love of God, don't waste your time and brain cells on this movie. PLEASE!!!!!!
Leofwine_draca CAMERA PHONE is another indie horror effort shot via the medium of CCTV footage and then filmed segments with a mobile phone's built-in camera. Sadly, this is the only creative part of the feature, which is otherwise a bog-standard mystery with very little of note taking place. The story is centred around a party in an abandoned warehouse but the horror content is virtually nil. The nadir of the film is the ten minute-long filmed segment at the party in which the camera guy crawls around on his hands and knees to film women from behind. High art? Nope. Creepy? And then some.
