Brad Warner's Hardcore Zen Audience Reviews

Colibel Terrible acting, screenplay and direction.
Lollivan It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
Robert Joyner The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
Mischa Redfern I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.
jennifer-werther Outstanding! Yes, worth buying, worth watching, then share with friends. If you grew up with Sid and Nancy, Suburbia, and Decline of Western Civilization, check this film out. I've read Brad's books for years and watched a couple videos, but Hardcore Zen certainly did justice for my punk soul-brother. Punk and Zen may be hard for some people to understand, but that has been descriptive of my life journey as well. A punk finds the calm in the chaos and Zen goes beyond the chaos to another calm. If you want to learn about meditation from a man who is "real" and down to earth, Brad Warner is the man. I highly recommend the film and the book that it is named after. Brad, Pirooz, and all involved, great job! I also enjoyed the funny "answers" to critics in the fight scene and sex scene ;) Congratulations on a production well done! Enjoy the journey! PS - eventually will send a postcard. :) Jennifer "Hap" Werther
