Don't listen to the negative reviews

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film

A zombie outbreak is caused by CG meteors. Two stoners (Jy Harris, Mark Wynn) survive and hook up with a woman (Simone Bailly). They travel to a place broadcast on the radio to be a safe zone. That's pretty much it. Plenty of stoner "humor". Acting is bad, the dialouge is idiotic. The plot is simple and stupid. The blood effects are mostly "Troma" style. This film is supposed to be humorous, but it was just plain stupid. I had high hopes for it in the beginning, but once our Beethoven loving Hummel painter scene was over, the movie tanked.Parental Guide: F-bomb, no sex. Nudity (Tanzyn Ambrose, Rose Greenwood)

Zombie movie fans need to watch this. Sure the acting and dialogue is pretty terrible, but I found it to be highly entertaining. It's unbelievable to me that this movie was made for a mere $15,000. The special effects and zombie makeup are great considering the low budget, and Thomas Newman introduces some new ideas (at least ones I've never seen in zombie entertainment) that I found to be quite inventive. I thought that the "stoner" aspect would end up ruling this flick a bit more, but it was secondary to zombies, which I enjoyed as well. If you do take the time to check it out, make sure you watch it through the credits for even more fun.

Possibly the worst movie of all time. I feel robbed of my six dollars I spent to hire the disc. I would suggest that anyone over the age of twelve years of age should disregard this "film" completely. Unless you are into unrealistic glorification of Marijuanna use this could be a real entertaining 90 minutes for you. The script was so terrible that the fact that one man, with one camera, obviously put a lot of work into this disaster-piece, was still unable to gain respect from any one person in the room full of people in which I forced myself to endure this film with. All in all I genuinely feel robbed of .....my time, my money, brain cells and maybe even dignity suggesting that it may be worth watching when i seen it on the film store shelf.

OK, this is not zombie-land which was great, but I would love to see anyone try and make a movie with 5 grand, there was some fantastic sfx especially at the beginning, and any "TRUE" Zombie fan will look at this as what it is, I am 50 years old and absolutely loved it, and I can guarantee that when George Romero see's this he will say the same, it is not the greatest movie out there but nether was Evil Dead ( which I own about 15 different copies) and people look at this for the great job that was done with the money that was spent. This is my first review. So those that I offend by this, TOO BAD!!! anyone that has a sense for the tradition of a director/producer busting his but, trying to give a piece of his horror and comedy, I stand up and applaud him, give me 24 million and I or anybody can buy (make) a good movie. now just set back slap that DVD in and enjoy...Thomas Newman you did a great job, and no I was not paid or even know this man but I do respect him and his movie.
