This movie plays out like terrible Harley Quinn fan-fiction, written by one of those rabid Harley fans who doesn't care much about the rest of the DC universe.I had low expectations going in, and have no qualms about not taking Batman seriously - I enjoy Adam West Batman and The Brave and The Bold as much as I do BTAS, Nolanverse and Arkhamverse. But this was just unequivocally the worst of the worst. The comedy was horrendous, the fighting was awful, and the story was a train-wreck. It makes the Batgirl segment added into The Killing Joke look like a masterpiece in comparison.There are very few worse ways you could spend 1 hour and 14 minutes of your life, and most of them involve dying.

I know we are used to see Batman animations and movies to see in a dark way past a few years. This is just a different approach. It does not give you an outstanding fiction but it makes you smile. Just give it a try and try to see it separated from all other Batman/DC universe fiction. You won't regret.

Watch it if you want to laugh and see batman a little bit goofier than usual.I understand why the movie rubs some people in the wrong way, but I absolutely love it. It has a nice combination of comedy (which turned people off) & deep moments. Comedy: Batman acting more human and funnier than usual Depth: The scene at Harley's place, when they talked about her... "Job". Comedy: The kiss at the end Depth: Green team's ideology and speeches.And so on.This was a unique heartwarming experience. Yeah, this movie is definitely not an objective 10\10 kind of film, but I absolutely loved every moment of it.
