Too much about the plot just didn't add up, the writing was bad, some of the scenes were cringey and awkward,
Ariella Broughton
It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

This is ultimately a movie about the very bad things that can happen when we don't address our unease, when we just try to brush it off, whether that's to fit in or to preserve our self-image.

Ok... Let's be honest. It cannot be the best movie but is quite enjoyable. The movie has the potential to develop a great plot for future movies

That's it. Just one long melodramatic karaoke video. Chaiwat is very handsome but looks alone cannot save his acting or this film. There are far too many interminably long sequences without dialogue featuring the lead actors standing around on different planes of existence looking lonely, supported only by a truly awful sappy orchestra of what I assume to be two circa 1983 Casio keyboards. The super long sequences are frequently followed by really short scenes that make the entire film feel like its hobbled. Lurching forward one moment and then stopping to find its balance. The score is unbearable. Seriously all I could think of was the bad stock videos they make for karaoke machines.I gave it a 2 because of Chaiwat's handsome face but that's all I can muster.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I loved this movie! it makes one think about the characters and their situation. I was very moved by the rawness of the movie. I tried to place myself in their shoes but found i would have no clue as to what i would do. the story line is full of emotion and settings used are fe-nom! one is immersed into the city of Bangkok. slight spoiler! the ending is quite literally a mind-(insert here a very harsh word)... It made cry so hard!I am def. going to buy this movie so i can watch it with my bffs.love always, me! =]

I was initially impressed that this was a drama, considering most gay-themed films tend to be either campy comedies or soft-core porn, or, as in the majority of cases, both. This film tries SO hard to be so different, so serious, so relevant and so great that the film itself crumbles under its own weight. The biggest flaw to this film are its two lead characters. The heart of the story is their love for one another. However, that "love" felt completely forced and unnatural. The only way I can rationalize it is that Stockholm Syndrome developed. Really, the increasing attempts at showing how much these two characters love each other actually made me despise them even more. The characters just became whiny and pathetic and I couldn't sympathize with them. If I could the rest of the film may have been bearable...The second flaw to the film is melodrama overload. This is where the film becomes extremely pretentious. This director seems to be the type who thinks that piling on over-the-top drama nonstop is going to get the audience sobbing and love and praise the film. Much like with the relationship between the leads, the scenarios were contrived, forced and so melodramatic that its just annoying. It's not necessary, it makes no sense. With two already obnoxious lead characters, obnoxious melodrama doesn't make you sympathize with them. It makes you flabbergasted and makes you want to yell at the screen for the stupidity of the characters for being so, well, stupidly and unnaturally. The cinematography however was absolutely stunning, particularly the cloud/sky and weather shots. But I thought the Wong Kar-Wai-esquire saturated coloring was unnecessary and added more to the pretentious-level. The two lead actors were initially hot, but by mid-film any sex appeal vanished.Overall, the film is like that one person always desperate for attention so they constantly concoct completely over-the-top stories in which you know is a total fabrication in a lame attempt to get some attention. Probably best if you just watch it on free television on mute.

I wonder whether this movie is the same movie that I'm going to talk to because it's written that this movie showed in Sinapore and as far as I know Singapore banned gay's movies. What i'm going to comment is about Bangkok love story (gay movie). The story is about an assassin who was ordered by his boss to kidnap this one guy and it turned out that this assassin just kills bad guys not good guy like this guy so the assassin saved this guy's life and hurt himself. This guy helped to healed his shot's wound and in process they fall in love, however the assassin knew that their lives still in danger so he chased him out of his place but this guy really couldn't get rid of the thought of missing the assassin. The assassin's family also complicated, his mother was blind and his little brother had aids because his little brother got raped buy his foster father who also had aids. Since then the assassin worked hard to find money to support his family. At the end the guy devoted himself for the assassin but still it is a tragic ending film. The directory did a good job and the film is really touching. The poverty and the traditional culture of how society looks an hiv carrier is shown in this film. The sadness and the emotion is perfectly shown, however i think the director should show more of the sex scene because there is no sex scene at all which make this movie less its good point. The sex scene should be the art way of showing the intimacy between the a lover.
