Lack of good storyline.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

In this average B-western, Sunset Carson portrays a Texas Ranger out to avenge his brothers death, by going undercover as an outlaw. The tall, amiable Carson again plays the part with a tough likability that is seen in his other films. The action and script here are adequate and the film is helped out much by the presence of Monte Hale and Peggy Stewart. Stewart especially shines in this film ...... as she does in most of her outings.Sunset Carson was a favorite of western fans in the 40's, but his limited range and low movie budgets hampered him. This film was no exception. Not that bad, but not that good .........
