Go in cold, and you're likely to emerge with your blood boiling. This has to be seen to be believed.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

Giving a new perspective on what it means to be a survivor, this film begins at the end of World War II. The six women featured are strong as hell and delightfully hopeful given the circumstances they have lived through.

Amazing story about what it means to "go home," after war. This documentary follows the lives of six extraordinary women and what it meant for them to be liberated from Auschwitz. Traditionally we celebrate liberation as a victory, but this film makes you think about what that liberation meant to women who had no money, no homes and few or no relatives to go home to after having just survived the trauma of Auschwitz. As much about the Holocaust as it is about the challenges of returning to society from war and severe trauma, this movie is very timely as we welcome back veterans from the Gulf War. A must see movie.
