"If Obama wins a second term, where will we be in 2016?" Across the globe and in America, people in 2008 hungered for a leader who would unite and lift us from economic turmoil and war. True to Americas ideals, they invested their hope in a new kind of president, Barack Obama. What they didn't know is that Obama is a man with a past, and in powerful ways that past defines him--who he is, how he thinks, and where he intends to take America and the world.

2016: Obama's America Audience Reviews

Lucia Ayala It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
Ella-May O'Brien Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
Aryana Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.
Cassandra Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
lezctheocean Sooo I guess what this guy is saying is that all children who grow up without a parent is perplexed as he makes Obama appear! It's proven that fathers make a bigger impression on little girls than their mothers, vice versa mothers make the biggest impression on sons. So that refutes this whole documentary right there. I don't consider documentary a point-of-view or a side, but I appreciate the thirsty reaching this guy did in drilling through his life. The documentary has a political bent to it and I don't particularly care too much about either republican or democrats tactics in 2016 because I trust neither one. I wonder how this documentary would sound if made today. That's not a question, just an observation. I don't too much listen to crap said about Hillary nor Donald nor anyone else because it's all riled up in lies, controversy and greed to get at one position in this country. Truly there's been no President who's done everything even nearly right which is why our politics is the way it is today, so to tear down any one is to dear down them all! Who is the worst, in my opinion the sitting President we have now. Who is the best will always and forever be open for speculation!
DonB-5 Russia issues and antagonism - ignored. Debt - ignored. Taking out serious threats like Iran's nuke program - ignored. Letting Israel stand alone. Funding and helping terrorist "rebels" in the middle east. Using all facets of government to target and attempt to destroy enemies (i.e. conservatives). Tax grabs while the economy is in ruins coupled with bald faced lies about the unemployment rate. Allowing massive illegal immigration - ignoring the problem.Corruption on a scale typically associated with banana republics. Brain washing of our youth (seems Germany did that in the 30s too). Playing the race card any time anyone disagrees with anything this admin does.Massive expansion of federal government. Violations of the constitution (example - the recess appointment issue). Ignoring the judicial system and their right to subpoena people for special hearings (happening right now). How can anyone with a brain not see the truth here?
tjobson-44-117378 This movie is a historical MUST-SEE for both political parties.. and anyone that believes hard-work should be the foundation for America and it's growth as a nation. Our mixed past history is viewed from both vantage points.. recent progressive points as well as the historical facts through extensive first-hand interviews (amazing facts you will hear NO WHERE Else !). This is 80% a history lesson based up on facts and interviews.. and 20% political viewpoints reviewed with facts.. both are compelling and not explored like this anywhere else ! (Dinesh has little to loose since the IRS/Feds already have him on trial)*CRITICS* .. open your eyes and take a step down from your liberally- biased media talking points !This movie goes through an enormous amount of historical research and interviews the unspoken truth at the source. The facts are mostly unknown and not ones you will hear from the biased media/critics, most of which they want to remain hidden.. given that THE TRUTH is what the Media and Critics PAINT as a FALSE REALITY on the NEWS we hear every day (which is why our president has 8 years to demolish our economy and the future patriotism and work ethics.. and associated past prosperity that American's had).FACT: The state of America is the worst we have been in under any president in US history, and the media keeps white-washing the facts in absolute denial that they backed an unskilled radically left politician into the White House for 2 terms. If you open up your eyes and ears (vs. in denial), you will hear that the "progressive" movement has taken over the democratic party and slanted the facts in 2 of the most populous segments of our nation: our youth (in schools and universities) and our lower classes (whom will take as many handouts this government will give them .. making them dependents addicted to the socialized nation.. negating any form of work ethic in their families for generations to come.. aka welfare nation USA).As the movie depicts, capitalism isn't some evil empire, but simply corporate growth occurs ONLY when consumers buy their products. .and given America's highest corporate taxes in the WORLD.. and rising, these economic engines (where we GET Employment!) are being throttles since high taxes on them mean less hiring.. less research.. and incentive to leave America where taxation is lower. The flip side of the coin is higher taxes on the consumer means.. less $ to spend on products and fuel our economy .. (2/3 of the US GDP IS CONSUMER SPENDING !). What Obama.. is doing lacks all logic, unless he has ulterior motives (which is why you need to see the part 1 movie: 2016 : Obama's America).Simple facts that aren't even in this movie.. : we are now a socialized nation and economy (which is why Europe and other socialized parts of the world have no productivity gains and languish for the past several decades.. handouts with no work requirements give no incentive to install either : work ethics, now patriotism.. both of which are lost in this new generation under Obama. When you make the underclass of society dependent and not proud of their country.. America falls apart (but guarantees an under-educated class that will keep voting democratic to keep getting the handouts.. add to that 50M illegals to dilute our work-force and put $Tr more stress on the healthcare system.. we are about to incur tremendous economic fallout.. but possibly not until after the next election).
Hollywoodshack Danesh D'Sousa puts together a multi media lecture based on his book. A lot of the facts are conjecture about people Obama knew growing up, and he pins him down using guilt by association. He knew a communist in Hawaii three years before entering college. Does that make Obama a communist? He knew a radical student activist in Chicogo linked to some terrorist plots. Does that make him a terrorist? He knew Jeremiah Wright, a racist minister, and does that make him one, too? The interviews of important people on the phone was irritating. Just filming them in the room or with some of the flashy visuals would have been better. There were so many real news events with disappointing responses from Obama that could have been shown here. I really don't buy the idea he's acting on an anti-colonial plan inspired by his father he only knew as a small child. Comparing this with Obama's current record was an interesting theme, but still, a better lecture than a movie. I might add that our so called "liberal" democrats like John Kerry that say we should vote for Obama because he killed someone (Bin Laden) made better statements of why I won't vote for him.
