In this documentary medical journalist Michael Mosley investigates the latest scientific breakthroughs in slimming and uncovers ten of the simplest ways you can shed your pounds without taking extreme measures. Michael like most of us is interested in shedding pounds without pain and exercise, so he looks at options such as losing weight when you sleep and wants to know about food that makes him fuller and keeps you full for long, but what about those of us who believe they eat right, exercise and feel their metabolism is just too darn slow?

10 Things You Need to Know About Losing Weight Audience Reviews

SpuffyWeb Sadly Over-hyped
Beystiman It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.
Joanna Mccarty Amazing worth wacthing. So good. Biased but well made with many good points.
Quiet Muffin This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.
Joeleen Stanard Necessary to be viewed by both those who want to loose weight and those who claim to be fit. Informative and immediate actions to produce results in a way of "being" with the relationship of food and exercise. Presented with a twist to the way most people approach a healthy diet and weight loss that will be an enjoyable eye opener for all who view this documentary. Listed in ten, easy to apply, methods that can be applied to your daily life. Some methods seem obvious, like move rather than sit. Walk the stairs, jog in place, and choose healthy foods. Probably the biggest problem is not paying attention to the amount of calories one eats in a day. We don't usually count the butter on the toast or the cream in the coffee, not to mention the portions consumed. Maybe something unknown; a glass of water mixed in a blender with your chicken, potatoes, and peas to create a thick soup will keep you feeling fuller for longer than eating them separate with the glass of water on the side. Eat your protein for breakfast and you will eat less at lunch. Enjoy your eggs with a side of beans!
