Peacock's thriller My Son,a remake of French director Christian Cassion's 2017 film of the same name starring James McAvoy and Claire Foy, will be available to stream on September 15.
The film tells the story of a couple of parents looking for their missing son. The biggest characteristic of this work is that the leading actor McAvoy acted unscripted throughout the film. When shooting, he and the audience did not know the ending of the film, and even the dialogue of the next scene was told temporarily. In the trailer, McAvoy says that this is a new experiment, hoping to enhance the audience's sense of immersive, but also a great challenge for his performance.
