Kingsmen: The triumph of commercial film

If you just want to watch a movie for entertainment, you should watch "Kingsman"; if you want to make a commercial action movie, you should also watch Kingsman.

Many people often say when evaluating how good a movie is: "It turns out that the movie can still be made like this!"

But a really good movie should tell the film industry: "The movie should be made like this."

Kingsman told us how to make future spy movies.

In the past period of time, this genre of special agent movies has reached a bottleneck. Kingsman brought a new wind, just like the superhero movies brought by the Women's Federation and Guardians of the Galaxy, but more serious. There are styles, big names, humor, and comics. The combination of the four is unprecedented. This is Kingsman.

After watching the trailer, my expectation is just a popcorn movie. Uncle Colin can break through and perform a play, maybe Samuel Jackson can also make a breakthrough, nothing more. Unexpectedly, China Everbright has four people including Colin, Jackson, Michael Caine, and Mark Strong, and each of them finds something new on their own fixed facial makeup.

Needless to say, Colin has transformed from a British male gentleman into a super capable British male gentleman. Michael Caine, from a loyal and wise old man to a black-bellied and cold-blooded wise old man. Mark Strong, the bad bald boss turned into a good bald second. And Samuel Jackson... finally took off his blindfold and put down his serious and upright face. Although he could no longer wear curly hair to recite the Bible, he became a perverted and cute evil hippie. Of course, there are also the starring children...Wearing glasses and a suit, it really looks like Uncle Colin, a good job.

This film is also a breakthrough for the director himself. As the director of the new X-Men series and Kick-Ass, Vaughn has already played through this Marvel style with little humor and cute details. So many people shout that this movie has a strong sense of comics, but it is inevitable. But this time it's not just about bringing the Marvel style to the lifeless secret agent movie-don't forget that Vaughn is also the director of Stardust and the producer of several of Guy Rich's pinnacle works-everyone who has seen it knows what these movies have. Common features: good rhythm, good response before and after. This film also inherits these advantages. At the end of the climax, the "last-second rescue" three times pulls and releases the tension of the fishing audience and echoes the multiple lines in front at the same time, which can be called a textbook.

All in all, on the basis of an excellent commercial film, this film has various breakthroughs, enough to influence the spy film in the next few years. What about commercial films? Isn't it a good movie that people who love movies can learn? Those who don't consciously drop their scores when they see it as a commercial film, use the lines of another benchmark-setting movie: What we watch for when we watch a movie?
