Hiro and Baymax will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the form of live-action characters in Big Hero 6. Upcoming projects include Secret Invasion, Agents of Atlas and Doctor Strange, which fans are excited about. However, sources close to Disney confirm that Big Hero 6 characters will not be appearing in the live-action Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Big Hero 6, the first Disney-Marvel animated film, was released in 2014 and grossed $658 million at the global box office, earning an 89% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and began a series in 2017.
